FASA Late Night 2011

The Freeman Asian Scholars Association once again orchestrated the most delicious Late Night you ever did eat, brought to you by the freshman class of 2015!

It was a hotly anticipated event – observe the queue of hungry people!

On the menu:
Minced Pork Noodles with Mushrooms
Chicken Adobo
Egg tarts
Bubble tea and Thai iced tea!

The ever-industrious team in charge of orders included Dat Tien Vu ’15 and Inha Cho ’15! There was much yelling, and much less dramatically, excel-sheet recording. Much credit to them under the most hectic of conditions (again, look at the queue!).

Ng Chun Kit ’15 and Jill Tan ’15, part of the high strung assembly line.

All in all, the event was a great success that fed lots of happy people who gave rave reviews of the food the next day, and brought the freshman class closer through planning this massive, but massively fun event!

Thank you upperclassmen and friends!

We honestly could not have done it without the help of all our Freeman upperclassmen, who shared recipes and organizational tips and helped out on the day, nor our friends from the Asian community who pitched in above the call of duty with cooking and serving. Lastly, much thanks goes out to Bon Apetit, AAA, German Haus, Chinese House, Japanese Hall, and 200 Church for letting us cook up a storm in your kitchens!
